Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the information below on how to report an issue or request a return.

Faulty Items:

If you believe your item is faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order using the Contact Us form.
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we will either:

  • Replace the item (where stock allows), or

  • Offer a full refund.

We will also refund:

  • Your original postage, and

  • Standard return postage for the faulty item once it has been authorised and returned.

Please note:

Returns or refunds cannot be processed without prior authorisation.

We cannot accept claims once fabric, interfacings, or any cut-to-length materials have been cut, washed, or altered in any way.

Incorrect Items Received:

If you’ve received the wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form and we will:

  1. Arrange for the correct item to be posted to you as quickly as possible, and

  2. Provide return instructions for the incorrect item by email.

Change of Mind/Standard Returns:

If you no longer want an item (excluding made-to-order and cut-to-length materials), you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Items Excluded From Returns:

To keep our products fresh and fair for everyone, some items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Handmade, cut-to-order items (e.g., bias tapes/trims)

  • Custom or personalised orders (e.g., personalised leather keychains or made-to-order items)

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear

How To Start a Return:

Please contact us first before sending anything back. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures the item is sent to the correct address.

When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
