Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland.

Delivery Charges

UK orders:

Under £50.00 : 

Flat rate delivery charge £3.50 for interfacings/waddings, fabrics.

Bias tapes/trims shipping starts from £2.00, then £0.10 for each additional.

Handmade items: flat rate £3.75 (RM 48 tracked service)

Free delivery for orders above £50.

Sent via Royal Mail Second Class Large Letter or as a Parcel (depending on size and weight)


US orders

No US Sales Tax: Because we are a small, UK-based business, we’re shipping directly to you. You will get $0.00 US Sales Tax collected at checkout, and no hidden state taxes will be charged upon delivery. Once we meet Nexus threshold, tax rates will be applied accordingly.

10% customs tax is applied at checkout as “Handling Fee”.

Flat rate £15.00 first item, £3.00 for each additional - interfacings and fabrics,

Bias tapes/trims: £8.00 + £0.50 for each additional.

Handmade items: flat rate £3.75 (RM tracked service): £15.00, then £2.00 each additional.

International orders

Flat rate £15.00 first item, £3.00 for each additional - interfacings and fabrics,

Bias tapes/trims: £8.00 + £0.50 for each additional.

Handmade items: flat rate £3.75 (RM tracked service): £15.00, then £2.00 each additional.

Processing Times

We take great care to prepare and pack every order. Processing times vary depending on the type of products purchased:

Sewing supplies: dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
Handmade bias tapes & trims: dispatched within 3 working days
Custom-made orders: dispatched within 7 working days

If there is ever a delay due to stock, materials, or peak periods, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time varies depending on location and the delivery service used. Once orders have been handed over to the courier, any delays are unfortunately beyond our control. Tracking may be available for certain order types and will be provided if included in your shipping option.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating it. We ask that UK customers wait at least 10 working days and international customers 25 working days from dispatch before filing a lost parcel enquiry, in line with carrier policies.

Address Information

Please ensure delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
